Rest In Peace

Rest in Peace, Gram...Dr. Daddy's 98 year old gram passed away on New Year's Eve. Truly one of the sweetest women I've ever met. I only wish I'd had more opportunity to get to know her better. She lived in Bozeman, Montana. Lived a pretty hard life and never complained for a second. Still sent us single spaced, HAND WRITTEN letters fawning over our kids. Blissfully, she passed away peacefully in her home and surely with the knowledge that she had the undying love of all who knew her. We love you Gram!

Taken on Christmas Day, which was spent with family all around and hours of story telling and eating good food.

What a great photo, she looked so sweet and stylish in her mink coat. I can tell by the smile on her face that she enjoyed a great holiday. Your blessed to have gotten to spend the holidays with her and share love and warmth. When I saw her photo it made me smile because she looked like such a sweet lady.

How blessed that she was able to *live until she died.* This reminds me of my MaMaw, who died a few years ago at 90. She was driving until shortly before she died. I want to *live until I die* May God give you all peace during this difficult time.

I'm sorry for your loss but happy you had the opportunity to know such a woman. My parents are both from Montana (and went to Bozeman) and we still have family there. People I know from there are indeed tough but amazingly generous and kind.

God bless her. Isn't it amazing how much the older generations go through and they still have such wonderful attitudes! I mean it just blows your mind. I love her fur!
