Random and unrelated: as a fellow Roanoke gal, I'm making the JL Cheese Slaw for a Super Bowl party. First time making it without my mom's help (yikes!) so question: how much mayo do you normally put in yours? The cookbook just says add until moist. PS I'm also obsessed with that bed and all thing Kelly Wearstler. Heart her.

I buy them all the time at the gift shop next door to the art museum. I believe it's called Roanoke Printing Co. Gay themed, subversive, bacon-friendly, dog loving and eclectic stationery/gifts/prints. Perfect for my extended family's strange sense of humor.
